Privacy notice

This notice explains how TMLX UK LIMITED uses personal information for the Lavolie website and launch email list.

Who is responsible?

TMLX UK LIMITED is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17432464. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, email marketing@tmlx.co.uk or write to our registered office, marked “Lavolie privacy”.

What we collect and why

Joining the list is optional. You do not have to provide information to browse the website. Please do not include health information in launch-list requests.

Your choice about email

You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any launch email or email marketing@tmlx.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use. We keep a limited suppression record to respect your choice and prevent further marketing.

Who receives your information?

We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website and store consent records, and Zoho Campaigns to manage the launch list and send emails. Authorised people working for TMLX UK LIMITED may access the information needed to manage these services. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where needed for legal obligations or claims. We do not sell the launch list.

International processing

Cloud services may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer occurs, we use an applicable UK adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum. You can contact us for details of the safeguards that apply to your information and how to obtain a copy.

How long we keep information

We keep your launch subscription while it remains active and relevant to the development updates you requested. If the launch programme ends, we remove the list unless you separately choose to receive ongoing communications. We review the list at least annually for continued relevance.

Consent evidence is kept for up to three years from your latest sign-up to document permission and deal with enquiries or disputes. Unsuccessful sign-up records are removed after seven days. The website’s form rate-limit identifiers expire after ten minutes. Suppression records are retained for as long as needed to prevent unwanted marketing. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and meet any applicable legal requirements.

Hosting and delivery providers also maintain service and security records under their applicable retention arrangements. Contact us for more information.

Your data rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; a lawful extension may apply for complex or numerous requests.

We do not use your information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to resolve concerns.
